Since 1993, Matt Gibson has worked in an area of nursing where vascular access was a primary and essential skill. In 2000, he realized his passion for vascular access. Over the last two decades, Matt has served on the National Public Advisory Board for the Association for Vascular Access (AVA), AVA PIV task force, the Clinical Advisory Boards for multiple organizations, and is a research consultant with multiple peer-reviewed publications in vascular access. His commitment to vascular access is steadfast as he serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Vascular Access Consulting, LLC as well as the current president and founder of the Kentucky Indiana Vascular Access Network.
